OK, if I go into Paypal and click: Summary > More, the Activity tab is selected and the Download link is visible and I can download a QFX file into Quicken or, in my case, Moneydance. But the 'Activity' view only shows payments from me and payments to me. It doesn't show transfers between Paypal and my linked bank accounts and credit cards. The 'Activity (including balance and fees)' is the one I want, because it does show these transfers, allowing me to balance all my accounts. BUT in this view, for some reason, there's no Download link. The QXF file format is for importing the Quicken data file from Quicken Mac into Quicken Windows. But that seems easier than having to enter the whole thing. Does anyone have guidance on this? Free excel for mac. I had the same problem. The only difference was that the transactions showed up in my bank account as well as in PayPal. So for example I paid $45 to Yahoo this week. It showed up as a debit transaction with Yahoo as the recipient in both my checking account and PayPal. In effect it looks like I had paid it twice. My solution was to double click the transaction in the checking account and recategorize it as a transfer to my PayPal account. The category is now Transfer:[PayPal Account]. As expected, it still shows up as a debit in my checking account. But the recategorization also updated the transaction in my PayPal account. There it looks like a credit and the category has been automatically updated to Transfer [Checking account]. So now it looks like I only paid the $45 to Yahoo once and the money came from my checking account and went via PayPal to Yahoo. That's an accurate reflection of reality, so that solved my problem. Hope it helps you as well! Download xbox app for macbook air. For reference, I'm using Quicken 2017, version 4.4.2 on a Mac.
